3.The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary
4.This Gift Card is valid at only at Resonate E-Commerce Portal www.resonate.store
5.This card cannot be redeemed at offline retail Outlets, any other multi brand or departmental stores or any other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc. for purchase of Resonate products
6.The card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation
7.Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against single invoice
8.No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
9.Any dispute or redemption issues should be referred to Resonate customer support (Contact Details) and the decision of the company shall be final
10.All disputes must be referred to Bangalore Jurisdiction only
