1.This BuyWithEMI Gift Card can be redeemed online at https://www.buywithemi.com and listed partner outlets.
2.The person who possesses the BuyWithEMI GV/GC code is considered the rightful beneficiary.
3.Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction. Gift Cards can be combined with other payment modes.
4.Gift Cards cannot be redeemed partially.
5.This Gift Card is valid only for the purchase of Smartphones. It is not applicable on iPhones.
6.Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
7.Accepted payment modes include Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, and Cash.
8.Once purchased, Gift Cards are considered sold and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
9.If lost or misused, the Gift Card cannot be replaced. It cannot be revalidated after the expiry date.
10.The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of first use/activation.
11.In addition to these terms, BuyWithEMI’s general Terms of Use also apply. In case of any dispute, the decision of BuyWithEMI will be final and binding.

The Gift Card is for personal use only and cannot be advertised, sold, or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent from BuyWithEMI.
13.All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts only.
14.Any condition not explicitly covered above will be at the sole discretion of BuyWithEMI at the time of the transaction.
