1.This PMJ Jewels Instant Gift Voucher / Card (GV) is accepted only at listed outlets of PMJ Jewels at its sole discretion. PMJ Jewels may add or remove outlets without prior notice.
2.The person possessing the PMJ Jewels GV Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.WhatsApp forwards or screenshots will not be considered as a valid GV.
4.A valid GV in its original form (Email/SMS) must be presented at the time of redemption. In case of a transfer, details including beneficiary name, sender's name, voucher validity, and email confirmation from the sender are essential for redemption.
5.In case of a gifted voucher, the customer must present an authorised email from the beneficiary, along with a valid Photo ID at the time of billing.
6.This voucher cannot be clubbed with Gold/Diamond Purchase Advance Schemes
7.This voucher cannot be clubbed with Package invoices or Special Priced Items
8.For the denomination of INR 500 and INR 1000 a maximum of 20 GVs can be used per bill.
9.No Credit note / Refund will be issued for the unused amount of the GV.
10.PMJ Jewels Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
11.The gift card is partially redeemable and can be used multiple times until the full amount is exhausted within its validity period.
12.PMJ Jewellers Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can be used during sale.
13.PMJ Jewels makes every efforts to accept GVs, but the outlets may refuse to accept them due to technical or administrative reasons.
14.The GV/GC cannot be redeemed for cash.
15.PMJ Jewels Gold Coin GV can only be used to purchase Gold Coins.
16.PMJ Jewels Gold Jewellery GV can only be used to purchase Gold Jewellery.
17.PMJ Jewels Diamond Jewellery GV can only be used to purchase Diamond Jewellery.
18.Returns, refunds or exchanges of merchandise purchased with the GV will follow the retail sales & refund policies of PMJ Jewels.
19.If a GV gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be re-enabled within 72 hours.
20.PMJ Jewels may modify these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new gift cards. Gift cards are for personal, non-commercial use and may be shared with family and friends but cannot be advertised, sold or used as promotional purposes without prior written consent from PMJ Jewels.
21.Any dispute related to the GV should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final and binding on the purchaser and all users and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
22.All disputes, with respect to the products and services offered in this connection, are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
23.Any condition not explicitly covered above will be at the discretion of PMJ Jewels, at the time of transaction.
