1.This e-GV is valid on all products, at the participating Indriya showrooms in India. For list of stores visit – https://www.indriya.com/jewellery-stores
2.This GV is valid for 200 days from date of its issuance. Expired GV will not be accepted.
3.This e-GV is allowed for one-time redemption only. Any unused balance on the e-GV will not be refunded or credited.
4.Multiple GVs can be clubbed in a single order.
5.This e-GV is only entitlement to credit to the extent of the load value of the Gift card and is non- cashable.
6.This GV is not a legal tender.
7.Bearer is responsible if this e-GV is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
8.This e-Gift Card cannot be clubbed with Special Priced items.
9.These GV terms are subject to change at any time, without any prior notice. However, any such change shall be effective prospective and shall not adversely affect the GV issued prior to such change.
10.All Indriya policies and terms as applicable to the products and transactions shall apply at the time of redemption of GV. Indriya Policies are available at - https://www.indriya.com/ and can be requested at any of the Indriya showrooms.
11.The Company may cancel, block or reject any GV suspected of fraud, misuse or unauthorized activity, and its decision shall be final.
12.Applicable Indian law shall govern the transaction. In case of any dispute, courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
