•These terms and conditions(“T&C's”) apply to Cult Gift Cards (“Gift Cards” or “GCs”) and Gift Vouchers (“GVs”) issued by Pine Labs Limited (“Pine Labs”). Pine labs is a company organized under the laws of India. By purchasing redeeming, or using a Gift Card/Gift Voucher, you agree to these T&Cs.
Purchase and Redemption
•GCs/GVs are valid only on the cult app and cannot be redeemed on the cult website or the cult store website.
•GCs/GVs are applicable only for cult fitness services (e.g., memberships) and cannot be used for any products on the cult store section on the app, cult store website, or physical stores.
•GCs/GVs can be purchased in denominations from ₹1 to ₹10,000, or such other limits as Pine Labs may determine.
•To redeem, the GC/GV value must first be added to your cult app wallet. Once credited, the wallet balance can be used for multiple transactions until fully utilized or expired.
Validity and Expiry
•Each GC/GV is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
•Expired GCs/GVs may be revalidated upon request, subject to verification and additional terms.
•No cash refunds or exchanges will be provided for unused balances.
Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards
•The GC/GV holder is solely responsible for its safekeeping. cult and Pine Labs are not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of a GC/GV.
•Requests to block a GC/GV will only be honored for registered users who have added the card to their cult account.
Restrictions and Limitations
•GCs/GVs cannot be exchanged for cash, bank credit, or transferred to another account.
•GCs/GVs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
•Delivery of e-Gift Cards is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in case of system delays.
•cult reserves the right to cancel or suspend the GC/GV program at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Fraud and Misuse
•Pine Labs and cult may close customer accounts or recover payments if a fraudulently obtained GC/GV is redeemed or used for purchases.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
•These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Limitation of Liability
•No warranties, express or implied, are provided regarding the GCs/GVs, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
•If a GC/GV is non-functional, your sole remedy is a replacement.
•If applicable law does not permit certain exclusions or limitations, some provisions may not apply to you.
Additional Information
•No interest is payable by Pine Labs on GC/GV balances.
•Pine Labs may revise these T&Cs at its discretion without prior notice.
