1.This is a Healthians Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on Healthians Website/App/Call Centre.
2.Only valid Gift Card (GC) at the sole discretion of HEALTHIANS shall be accepted for redemption.
3.One Gift Cards can be used against one Bill/Order.
4.Partial redemption is allowed but No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the Gift Card will be given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
5.Gift Card (GC) CANNOT be revalidated once expired and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
6.HEALTHIANS or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Gift Card (GC) number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account.
7.Gift Card (GC) cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. HEALTHIANS may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
8.Any dispute/query/clarification about GC and/or booking should be referred to the company from where the Gift Card has been received, decision of the company shall be final.
9.Healthians depends upon various third-party vendors for its technical architecture and systems. In case of an unforeseen technical issue arising due to any directly / indirectly interdependent issue which needs the intervention of a third party to reach a resolution, the TAT will be totally dependent on the responses of the third party along with their specific TATs. In such scenarios, Healthians cannot be held responsible for any issues / mishaps / losses of any kind arising from such issues and events.
