These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use and redemption of Zenless Zone Zero gift cards. The cards are issued under the authority of COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD. (“HoYoverse”, “we”, “us”) and are subject to the Zenless Zone Zero Terms of Service (https://zenless.hoyoverse.com/en-us/company/terms).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, using, or redeeming a gift card, you accept these T&C. Redemptions also require compliance with the official game TOS.
3. Eligibility
- Gift cards may be redeemed only in supported regions and through approved platforms.
- HoYoverse reserves the right to limit or refuse redemption if any suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.
4. Gift Card Value & Expiry
- Gift cards provide in-game credits or currency as specified on the card (e.g., Polychromes).
- Gift cards do not expire unless local laws require otherwise.
5. Redemption & Usage
- Redemption must occur through official Zenless Zone Zero channels or affiliated platforms.
- Once redeemed, credits are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
- If any error occurs during redemption, users must contact HoYoverse support promptly.
7. Fraud & Unauthorized Use
- Fraudulent, stolen, or misused cards may be deactivated or confiscated without notice.
- HoYoverse enforces anti-cheat and fair-use policies across all platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
- All branding, content, and assets associated with Zenless Zone Zero are the property of HoYoverse.
- Use of such materials must comply with HoYoverse's brand and legal policies.
9. Liability Limitation
- Gift cards and their associated services are provided “as-is” without any warranty.
- HoYoverse disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
11. Updates to T&C
- HoYoverse may modify these T&C at its discretion without prior notice.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
