EGV can be redeemed only at www.yatra.com.

EGV is valid for booking of:
• Flights (Domestic/International)
• Hotels (Domestic)
• Buses (Domestic)
• Holidays (Domestic/International)

Online Redemption – Flights / Hotels / Buses:
1. Select your Flight/Hotel/Bus and proceed to the payment page.
2. Select 'Gift Voucher' as the payment mode.
3. Enter the 16-digit EGV/Card number and 6-digit PIN.
4. Click on 'Redeem Gift Card' and pay the balance, if any, using other payment modes.
5. In case of transaction failure, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same EGV.

Holiday Package Redemption (Offline):
• Domestic and International holiday packages can be redeemed offline only.
• Please email the redemption request to: coepromoteam@yatra.com

Redemption Rules:
• EGV supports partial and multiple redemptions until the balance is exhausted within the validity period.
• Two or more vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single transaction.
• Single voucher is applicable per booking.
• Any applicable convenience fee, processing fee, excess tour cost or government taxes must be paid if booking value exceeds EGV amount.

Other Terms:
• Lost or stolen EGVs will not be replaced or compensated.
• EGV cannot be clubbed with any other discount, cashback or promotion.
• No additional discount other than the EGV value will be entertained.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability and governed by Yatra standard terms and conditions.
• Expired vouchers cannot be revalidated.
• Yatra is not liable for fare differences between redemption request and booking date.
• No cash or change can be taken in exchange of this EGV.

Cancellations:
• If cancelled within validity, the refundable amount will be credited back to the same EGV.
• If EGV has expired at the time of cancellation, no refund will be processed.

Legal:
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
• This EGV is for individual use only. Travel agents using the card will lead to cancellation without refund.
