2.Holiday Card cannot be reloaded
3.Holiday Card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of activation.
4.Holiday Card is redeemable for purchases at SOTC branches within India
5.If the balance in your Holiday Card is lower than the order value, you can combine your payment with Credit /debit card or with net banking
6.Purchase of foreign exchange (Personal & Tour Cost), Visa and Insurance services are not allowed through this card.
7.E-Gift card can be redeemed once and should be redeemed in full.
8.Holiday Card is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a Holiday voucher.
9.If the card is lost or stolen, neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
10.SOTC Travel Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this card. The holder of this card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the card and the credentials mentioned on it
11.No duplicate card will be issued
12.Holiday Card is the property of SOTC Travel Limited to whom it should be returned on request.
13.SOTC Travel Limited reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
14.Any legal disputes are to be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai.
