1.The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card.
2.This card cannot be refunded/redeemed for cash/reissued, if lost / stolen.
3.E-Gift card cannot be redeemed partially.
4.Minimum Invoice value for card redemption is Rs. 1000
5.Should the purchase value be more than the gift card value the difference should be paid by other payment methods.
6.The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
7.This Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and can be redeemed only at Girias Retail Outlets.
8.Validity cannot be extended if card gets expired.
9.Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against single invoice.
10.No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
11.Any dispute should be referred to Girias customer support and the decision of the company shall be final.
