* Genshin Impact Gift Card codes are typically valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Once redeemed, the Genesis Crystals do not expire.

2. Redemption Process:
a. Visit the redemption website: https://www.redeemcodenow.com.
b. Enter your 16-digit voucher code.
c. Enter your User ID, select your Server, and provide your email address.
d. Click Redeem.
e. Upon successful redemption, a confirmation message will appear, and the in-game currency will be credited shortly.

3. Usage Restrictions
* Gift Card funds are credited exclusively as in?game currency.
* Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, refunded, transferred, or sold for value.

4. No Expiry or Fees (Gift Card vs Balance)
* The Gift Card code expires after 12 months from the date of purchase, but once redeemed, balance in your game account does not expire or incur fees.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
