1.This is an Estele Insta Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and is valid only at Estele E-Commerce Portal www.estele.co
2.The holder of the Instant Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the Instant Gift Voucher before making a purchase.
4.The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card
5.This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
6.This card cannot be redeemed at offline retail Outlets, any other multi brand or departmental stores or any other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc. for purchase of Estele products
7.The validity of the Estele Gift Card will be for One Year I.e. 365 days from date of activation (purchase) of card
8.Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against single invoice
9.No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
10.Any dispute or redemption issues should be referred to Estele customer support (info@estele.co) and the decision of the company shall be final
11.All disputes must be referred to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only
12.E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
