1.SuperCoin\" is the Flipkart loyalty points on flipkart.com website, Flipkart mobile app, Flipkart mobile website

(all three collectively \"Platform\") where the Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (\"Flipkart\").
3.“SuperCoin Conversion” is the program facilitated through Third Party Platform under which reward points of Third Parties can be converted into SuperCoins.
4.The voucher will be valid till 31st Dec’2022.
5.Voucher validity cannot be re-validated post the voucher expiry.
6.“Third Party” shall mean third party brands or loyalty programs with whom Flipkart has an arrangement either directly or through authorized aggregators.
7.“Third Party Platform” shall mean the website/m-site or mobile app owned and operated by Third Parties.
8.“User/You” shall mean a Flipkart customer participating in the SuperCoin Conversion.
9.These terms (\"Terms\") are part of and subject to the terms of use of the Platform, the SuperCoins Terms and
10.Conditions, the privacy policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.
11.The conversion ratio of each reward point on a Third-Party Platform with SuperCoins shall be at the sole discretion of the Third-Party Platform.
12.Once the reward points are converted to SuperCoins, they cannot be reversed or cancelled.
13.Conversion shall be the sole liability of such Third-Party Platform and Flipkart shall not be held liable for the same.
14.SuperCoins are not transferable from one User to another. User cannot transfer SuperCoins from one Flipkart registered mobile number to another.
