1."Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are redeemable at the Body Shop stores and website in India only.
2.E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded and can be redeemed only on purchase of the Body Shop products.
3.The Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
4.No cash will be refunded even if the purchase value is less than the voucher value.
5.Unlimited E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed against single billing.
6.In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card.
7.E-Gift Voucher can-not be redeemed partially.
8.In case of lost or missing E-vouchers no replacement would be provided.
9.It is mandatory to present the E-Gift Voucher at the time of purchase/ billing.
10.E-Gift Vouchers can be used during the sales period.
11.E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed with existing offers in store.
12.Any unused balance on the E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded.
