Bank Offers
- Offer valid only on transactions made using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Cards on giftm.ai.
- Maximum cashback of ₹100 per cardholder per calendar month.
- Minimum transaction value of ₹1,000 required to avail the offer.
- Cashback will be credited to the card account within 90 days of the transaction.
- Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing bank or merchant promotion.
- GiftM & ICICI Bank reserve the right to alter, withdraw or modify the offer at any time without prior notice.
Brand — MyGlamm E-Gift Cards
1.This E-Gift Card is redeemable on the website www.myglamm.com,Android and iOS App.
2.The Gift Card can also be combined with promotional codes and with other prepaid payment options.
3.This E-Gift Card shall have a validity period of 1 year.
4.There is no fee or other charges associated with e-Gift Card purchase.
5.This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
6.E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
7.The Gift Card once purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Once purchased, the recipient email ID or mobile number cannot be changed.
8.The cardholder may request for revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
9.MyGlamm is not responsible if the card is used without permission. You agree and acknowledge that you shall be solely responsible for maintaining secrecy of the code provided to use the e-Gift Card.
10.If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by another prepaid payment option. Cash on Delivery will not be available for paying the balance amount.
11.If the order value is less than the amount of the e-Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same e-Gift Card.
12.You can redeem up to 5 Gift Cards in a single order.
13.MyGlamm will have the right to cancel the e-Gift Card obtained fraudulently and the funds have to be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
14.MyGlamm does not warrant that the services and products provided to you pursuant to this Agreement will be free of interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses, or security problems.
15.MyGlamm does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to e-Gift Cards including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event an e-Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy will be the issuance of another e Gift Card, for the value remaining in the non-functional card.
16.The conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions of the website MyGlamm.com. MyGlamm reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you.
17.E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
18.No returns and no refunds on gift cards, E- gift cards and gift vouchers.
