Bank Offers
- Offer valid only on transactions made using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Cards on giftm.ai.
- Maximum cashback of ₹100 per cardholder per calendar month.

Brand — Lulu Hypermarket E-Gift Cards
1.Customer is deemed to have read the terms and conditions hereunder along with the privacy policy and agrees to comply with the same.
2.E-Gift Card will be accepted in Lulu Hypermarket, Lulu Fashion Store, Lulu Connect, Lulu Celebrate, Lulu Xpress, Lulu Daily and Lulu Webstore (Online) across India. (Henceforth “Lulu”)
3.E-gift Card is valid only for one year from the date of activation and shall cease to be valid from the date of expiry.
4.E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part/full will be provided.
5.Lulu will not be responsible for any loss/misuse of E-Gift Card, Password/PIN and no demand for reissue/ compensation for the loss will be entertained.
6.Once the E-Gift Card is issued/redeemed, request for cancellation will not be entertained.
7.Should the purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the e-Gift Card.
8.All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing for the E-Gift Card, shall be borne solely by the Customer.
9.E-Gift Cards are valid for one time redemption only. Any balance amount in the E-Gift Card after the card is redeemed will be forfeited. No further Claim for the balance amount in the E-Gift Card will be entertained.
10.Multiple E-Gift Cards can be used for Single purchase.
11.The holder of the E- Gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
12.Lulu reserves unconditional right to cancel the E-Gift Card in the event the Customer breaches these terms of use of the E-Gift Card, and the terms and conditions of Lulu.
13.Lulu reserves the right to alter any/all the terms and conditions of this E-Gift Card at any time without prior notice. 14.E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. Due to system errors, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
15.Data Privacy Consent: The Customer hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Customer’s personal data, Phone Number, Email Id and any other materials as applicable by Lulu, its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing E-Gift card transaction and other sales promotion and marketing.
16.The Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Lulu harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Lulu as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms and conditions by the Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Customer’s part.
17.Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Courts of Ernakulam shall have exclusive jurisdiction
