Bank Offers
- Offer valid only on transactions made using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Cards on giftm.ai.
- Maximum cashback of ₹100 per cardholder per calendar month.

1.Valid only in Bangalore, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Mumbai.
2.eGift Card can be used on Freshmenu website, App and M-site.
3.eGift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue.
4.Entire eGift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the Freshmenu wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders.
5.eGift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit.
6.If the customer misplaces the eGift card, Freshmenu shall not be responsible to reimburse/refund.
7.No duplicate will be issued if the eGift card is lost or misplaced.
8.eGift Card cannot be re-validated once expired.
9.The holder of the eGift card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
10.The validity period of the eGift card will not be extended under any circumstances.
11.Any dispute should be referred to Freshmenu and the decision of Freshmenu shall be final.
12.If eGift Card is purchased in a city not mentioned above, the amount will not be reimbursed/refunded
