1.The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card.
2.This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
3.The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4.This Gift Card is valid only at Fancode Platforms ( E-Commerce and M-App ) for purchase of any listed merchandise.
5.This card cannot be redeemed at any offline retail outlets, any other multi brand or departmental stores or online marketplaces.
6.The validity of the E-Gift Card will be for Three Hundred sixty five Days only (365 Days only) from the date of activation (purchase) of the card.
7.Only One gift card can be redeemed against single invoice.
8.No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
9.Any dispute or redemption issues should be referred Fancode customer support (Contact Details ) and the decision of the company shall be final.
10.All disputes must be referred to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
