Brand — Blackberry E-Gift Card
1.Gift Cards are only redeemable at Blackberrys exclusive stores in India.
2.Gift card is not redeemable at www.blackberrys.com.
3.This Gift card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
4.This Gift card can be redeemed only once and in full, in case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the Gift card.
5.Gift Card carries no value until activated. This Gift Card shall be deemed active upon loading of fixed denominations of INR 500INR 1000, INR 2500, INR 5000, INR 7500 or INR 10,000. The maximum denomination per card is limited to INR 10,000.
6.Valid Gift Card in its original form (email) has to be presented at the time of availment at Blackberrys exclusive stores.
7.Gift Card is issued in Indian Rupees.
8.This Gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.
9.Blackberrys reserves the right to amend the terms at its discretion without prior notice.
Protect the Gift card number to avoid misuse, Blackberrys shall neither replace the Gift card nor refund the cash.
10.Disputes if any, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi.
11.No replacement/compensation is permissible for lost Gift card.
