6.Please present the print out of this E- Gift Card to the customer relationship officer prior to billing or when you want to redeem the card when shopping from stores
7.Please use the card number and PIN for the E-Gift Card when shopping online
8.This card is not redeemable for cash or credit.
9.In case of a damaged card, a new card will be issued and loaded with the remaining value only after proof and authenticity is presented to any AE store.
10.If a card is lost or stolen neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
11.E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours
