1. Biryani By Kilo EGV cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Once E gift Voucher has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
3. No refund will be made for any lost E-gift Vouchers and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift Vouchers balance.
4. BBK maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the e-gift Voucher.
5. BBK Gift cards will be applicable on delivery/take away orders only placed through BBK website & APP only.
