Amazon Fresh Vouchers - Terms and Conditions
Disclaimer: In the event of any discrepancy or conflict, the English version will prevail over the translation.
These terms and conditions apply to all Voucher types listed in Paragraph 10 hereto (together, "Vouchers") issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon Pay"). The Vouchers are semi-closed loop prepaid gift instruments. Pine Labs is a private limited company organized under the laws of India and is the issuer of the Vouchers. You may purchase the Vouchers through various options available on www.amazon.in, and also use Vouchers provided to you by third parties in the manner provided hereunder. By purchasing or using a Voucher, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.
1. Redemption: Vouchers may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in website or mobile application or mobile site thereof ("Amazon.in") and any other third party merchants that are enabled to accept eligible Vouchers. 'Eligible products' with respect to the Voucher would mean the restricted use case specific products or category specific products sold on Amazon.in or specific third party merchants, as defined under the Voucher variant in question as per the terms and conditions of the said Voucher. On purchase of the Eligible Product the balance from the applicable voucher type is deducted from the redeemer's “Your Vouchers”. Any unused voucher balance will remain associated with the redeemer’s “Your Vouchers” and applied to purchases, in order of restriction and earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s balance of eligible Voucher, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card, net banking, debit card or Amazon Pay Balance. No fees or charges apply to Vouchers. Pine Labs shall provide Voucher purchasers with information about the redemption status of Vouchers that they purchase or use. Certain merchants may provide you services only on the pre-condition that you allow us to hold balances in your Vouchers till the service completion by the merchant. However, your prior consent would be taken before holding such balances. In such cases, you agree and authorize us to: (i) hold balance in the Voucher until service completion; and (ii) fail the transaction if your Voucher has expired at the end of the services.
2. Limitations: Vouchers, including any unused or partially used Vouchers, will expire upon completion of one year from the date of issuance. You may request for revalidation of any expired Vouchers. Upon receipt of such request, the Voucher may be revalidated after due verification and subject to applicable terms and conditions. Vouchers may only be purchased in denominations of upto Rs. 10,000, or such other limits as Pine Labs may determine. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers types. Vouchers cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Except as provided hereunder or as per applicable law, amount in your Vouchers will not be refunded to you under any circumstances. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point of time. Unused Vouchers may not be transferred to another users account. No interest will be payable by Pine Labs on any Vouchers. Pine Labs make no representation or warranty that Amazon.in will always be accessible without interruption.
3. Fraud: Pine Labs is not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (together with Amazon Pay is referred to as "Amazon") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Voucher is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Amazon.in or its third party partner merchants.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You, Pine Labs and Amazon each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. You agree to indemnify Pine Labs and Amazon for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability: NEITHER PINE LABS NOR AMAZON MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO VOUCHERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A VOUCHER IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH VOUCHER. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
6. Password Security: You shall, at all times, keep the passwords that are by you strictly confidential and not reveal the same to any person or entity.
7. General Terms: Amazon.in conditions of Use apply to Vouchers. Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Voucher terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

10.1 Amazon Fresh Voucher – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to Amazon Fresh Voucher issued by Pine Labs under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay ("Amazon Fresh Voucher").
•Amazon Fresh Voucher is a prepaid payment instrument that can only be used to purchase products listed on Amazon Fresh page on Amazon.in.
•An Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued.
•Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Fresh Voucher.
•Beneficiary of Amazon Fresh Voucher can apply the 13-digit alpha numeric code on https://www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account.
•Amazon Fresh Voucher (including any unused Amazon Fresh Voucher balance) has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to the applicable terms.
•Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
•Pine Labs, Amazon Pay or their affiliates are not responsible if an Amazon Fresh Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
•Amazon Fresh Vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours
•Amazon.in logo/trademark used on Amazon Fresh Voucher is an IP of Amazon Pay or its affiliates and the Pine Labs trademark/logo used on Amazon Fresh Voucher is an IP of Pine Labs.
•Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Amazon Fresh Voucher terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Redemption Conditions:
Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be used to pay for mixed item order where items not listed on Amazon Fresh page and items listed on Amazon Fresh page are being purchased together.

1.What is an Amazon Fresh Voucher?

An Amazon Fresh Voucher is a prepaid payment instrument that can be used to purchase items listed on Amazon Fresh page on Amazon.in. Amazon Fresh can be accessed through the URL www.amazon.in/fresh or through Amazon mobile application. An Amazon Fresh Voucher has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to applicable terms. An Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued. 2.How to use an Amazon Fresh Voucher?

Amazon Fresh voucher can be used to buy items listed on Amazon Fresh page on Amazon.in. When a voucher is eligible on an order (where all items in the cart are eligible for the specific voucher), Amazon Fresh Vouchers will show up as a payment option in payment method selection page. To use 'Amazon Fresh Vouchers' for the purchase, select it on the payment method selection page.

3.I don't have enough Amazon Fresh Voucher balance to pay fully for my order, can I use it with other forms of payment to complete my purchase?

If the Amazon Fresh voucher value is not sufficient, you can pay the balance using other payment options (credit card/debit cart/net banking/upi/etc.) available on the payment method selection page on Amazon.

4.Can I cancel my Fresh order paid with Amazon Fresh voucher?

Yes. When you return / cancel an Amazon Fresh order purchased via Amazon Fresh voucher, the respective amount paid using the Amazon Fresh Voucher minus cashback (if any as per the terms of the offer) will be refunded to the original source. The vouchers will be credited to ‘Amazon Fresh Vouchers’ balance directly.

Likewise, if the order was placed using an Amazon Fresh Voucher along with any other payment method, then the refund will be credited back to ‘Amazon Fresh Vouchers’ balance and source account related to the alternate payment method.

5.I am not able to use Amazon Fresh Voucher against my order for items listed on Amazon Fresh page. What should I do?

If you are unable to redeem Amazon Fresh Vouchers while making payment for your Amazon fresh order, please check if the voucher is successfully added to your account via www.amazon.in/vouchers page. If it is successfully added, you will be able to see the correct amount reflecting on this page.

If you are still not able to use the Amazon Fresh Voucher balance, please remove all items not listed on Amazon Fresh page since they are in-eligible for this purchase.

6.I lost my Amazon Fresh Voucher / Amazon Fresh Voucher not working - whom should I contact?

Please contact the entity / organization from whom you have received the Amazon Fresh Voucher for help.

7.How do I purchase Amazon Fresh Voucher?

Amazon Fresh Voucher is currently available for purchase via 3rd party websites. If you are a corporate and want to buy these vouchers in bulk, please submit your request here.
