"1. Veridicus Wellness Card (""Gift Cards"") are issued by Valuedesign which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (""RBI"") to issue such Gift Cards.
2. The Gift Card is valid only for buying Veridicus health and wellness products on veridicushealthcares.com.
3. Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
4. Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, unless expressly allowed to do so by Veridicus Health Care.
5. This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live on veridicushealthcares.com including cashbacks, discounts, etc. on a particular credit/debit card.
6. The remaining balance amount on the used Gift Card can be reused within the validity period.
7. One gift card can be used for one order.
8. Veridicus Health Care is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. A Gift Card once issued cannot be re-issued nor can the PIN be reset. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of the Gift Card after purchase.
9. The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, revalidated, or exchanged for cash.
10. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions within the validity period.
11. The Convenience Fee will be applicable for all Gift Card transactions (as how it's applicable for any payment method).
12. Veridicus Health Care reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift Card if it suspects that there is the duplicity of the Gift Card.
13. Products and services offered by Veridicus Health Care are subject to availability and terms of use of the Veridicus Health Care platform.
14. In no event, the liability of Veridicus Health Care for any claims arising by the purchase or usage of Gift Cards shall exceed the value of the respective Gift Card.
15. You shall be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of the Gift Card PIN/ Gift Card unique 16-digit number issued to you. Veridicus Health Care shall not be responsible to provide you with new Gift Cards in the event this confidentiality obligation is breached by you. Any misuse/unauthorized disclosure of Gift Cards shall result in cancellation of the order, as applicable, without any liability of Veridicus Health Care.
16. You agree to indemnify Veridicus Health Care/its affiliates, officers, and directors, from all claims brought by any third party against Veridicus Health Care/ its affiliates, officers, and directors, arising out of or in connection with any breach of these gift card terms and conditions.
17. In addition to the terms of use available on the Veridicus Health Care platform, you shall also abide by these terms and conditions specifically to be able to use the Gift Cards. In the event of any dispute in the interpretation of these terms, Veridicus Health Care shall be the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
18. This is for individual use only. Distributor found using Gift Cards would lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.
19. Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
20. Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Veridicus Wellness Card.
21. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Veridicus Gift Cards.
22. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
23. In the event that the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (""KYC"") details are found to be incorrect or insufficient as per RBI Guidelines, Veridicus Health Care / Valuedesign retains the right to cancel the Gift Card issued.
24. You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations issued by the RBI under the RBI guidelines. Veridicus Health Care / Valuedesign may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information in relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Veridicus Health Care / Valuedesign may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card for any such information.
25. Gift Cards cannot be resold.
26. Gift card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.

28. In case of any cancellation of orders purchased using Gift Cards within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the Gift Card used at the time of shopping.
